How do I care for my jewelry?

How long will shipping take?
Tracked Standard Shipping is $6.95 USD on orders below $65 USD, and complimentary tracked shipping applies from $65 USD. We ship to most countries worldwide; destination availability and the final rate are confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery ranges are listed on our Shipping page.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after an order is fulfilled. If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
